Delivery and payment

Delivery

We ship every order with Econt or Speedy, whichever you choose, to a courier office or to your address anywhere in Bulgaria. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are handed to the courier the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.

• To an Econt or Speedy office: €3.80
• To your address: €5.00
• Orders over €50: free delivery

Payment

You pay on delivery (cash on delivery), in cash or by card with the courier, depending on the office. There is no extra charge for cash on delivery.

You may open and inspect the parcel before paying. If the item does not match your order, refuse it on the spot and message us.
