Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms govern purchases made through lavinia.bg, operated by Lavinia Bijouterie, 16A San Stefano St., Kardzhali, Bulgaria (“the Seller”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or in writing. We reserve the right to decline an order if an item is out of stock or the price is obviously wrong, and will inform you immediately.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro (€) including VAT. The delivery fee is shown separately before you complete the order.

4. Delivery and payment

Delivery is by Econt or Speedy and payment is cash on delivery. Details are on the “Delivery and payment” page.

5. Withdrawal and complaints

Return conditions and the guarantee are described on the “Returns and exchanges” page. The Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and E-Commerce Act apply.

6. Personal data

We process your personal data only to fulfil your order, as described in our “Privacy policy”.

7. Disputes

If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, you may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
