Returns and exchanges

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). Just notify us in writing, via the Contact page or social media, and send the item back.

Return conditions

• The item must be unused, show no signs of wear and be in its original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the protective film or pouch has been opened.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.

Refunds

We refund the amount by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned item. For a defective or wrongly shipped item we also cover the delivery and return costs.

Complaints

All jewelry is covered by the statutory 24-month conformity guarantee. If there is a problem, message us with a photo and your order number and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
